Pandanese was founded by Renae, a former corporate finance and HR executive, who left her career in 2019 to pursue her passion for baking. Inspired by the premium pandan chiffon cakes she tasted in Singapore, she spent six months perfecting her recipe and launched Pandanese from her home in 2020.

Named by her son, the brand focuses on high-quality, preservative-free chiffon cakes made with natural ingredients. Despite rising costs, Renae has sustained her business through strategic marketing, social media engagement, and bulk ordering. • Jellycat Inspired Burger Chiffon Cake (6″): Made with very mild chocolate flavour chiffon to get the light brown colour for the bun layer, and inside patty with dark chocolate cake flavour. • Jellycat Inspired Orange Chiffon Cake (6″): Made with orange flavour chiffon cake that is light & refreshing. Frosted with Buttercream and filled with peaches. This cake resembles a cheerful orange and is available for RM110.00.
