Orked City
25G, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah J 9/J, Seksyen 9, Shah Alam
⏰ 8:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Instagram: @orkedcity
Shah Alam’s hottest café serves European-style coffee and delicious brioche sandwiches. Their Ramadan menu includes new items such as the Beef Double, Fish! Burger, and Grilled Salmon.
99% of their ingredients are made in-house, with the only exception being meats and fish, as they humorously note: “We just don’t catch the dory, salmon, or cows ourselves—nor do we have a chicken coop!”
Their Matcha Coconut drink is a refreshing, dairy-free favorite.
Co-founded by Izzat Hassan and Hafiz Firuz, the café was born from Izzat’s deep appreciation for coffee, cultivated during his travels across Europe. The reversed letter “E” in the logo cleverly nods to its location in Section 9, while “Orked” is a whimsical take on “Orchid,” symbolizing Shah Alam—also known as Bandar Anggerik, the City of Orchids.
More than just a café, Orked City is a community hub where great food, coffee, and conversations come together. Whether you’re stopping by for a hearty moreh meal or a refreshing drink to celebrate your fasting efforts, there’s always something special waiting for you.

Nuff began as a humble roadside coffee stall in early 2022, founded by Hanafi Tahir under the name 20 Oz, serving freshly brewed coffee to passersby. With a passion for both coffee and business, Nuff steadily grew, and in 2024, with the support of Madam Tan, it transformed into a cozy café in Seksyen 9, Shah Alam. Nicknamed a “kedai kopi & kolok”, Nuff blends warm, wood-toned aesthetics inspired by its co-founder’s Pahang roots with a touch of North Jakarta’s Rumahan Coffee & Kitchen. Run by a young and inspiring couple, the café continues its commitment to quality, using beans from local roasters while introducing authentic Sarawakian flavors to its menu. It’s a cozy café worth visiting that offers quality brews and mouthwatering dishes like Mee Kolok, Laksa Sarawak, and Nasi Ayam Pansuh, and more.
Small space, big flavors!
